Jacob H. Wagner
Jacob H. Wagner was born 28 April 1895 in Brunnental, Russia and died in 964. His father was George Wagner. Jacob married Emma Werth, married about 1915 and later married Maria (Mary) Schmidt on 11 June 1933.

A funeral for Jacob Wagner, a former Oregon Legislator, will be Tuesday at 1pm at Pearson Mortuary. Burial will follow at Rose City Cemetery.
Mr. Wagner died Friday en route from his home at 1207 NE Shaver St. to a local hospital. He was 69. He was born in Saratov, Brundendahl (Brunnental), Russia April 28, 1895 and came to this country in 1900 settling in Portland.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Emily Schwartz, of Portland; a sister Elizabeth Wagner, The Dalles, Oregon; four brothers, Henry of Portland; Carl of Milwaukie; George of Milwaukie; and Emil of Washougal, Washington; and two grandchildren.
Mr. Wagner was a retired auto mechanic.

Jack Wagner, engaged in the automobile business, has announced his
candidacy
for the democratic nomination for state representative from Multnomah
County. He is for Roosevelt, preservation of Oregon's natural resources,
the cause of the "oppressed people", and the best old-age pension plan
available. While not a member of a Townsend club, he feels kindly toward
the plan, he said. Wagner was born in the Volga valley in Russia in 1895 of
German parentage. His father and grandfather came to Oregon in 1899.
Wagner is secretary of the Oregon Truckmen's Association.
