George Wacker Family
George Wacker was born September 14, 1895 in Norka and died November 21, 1967. George immigrated to the United States in June 1906. After leaving Norka, he sailed from the port of Libau (now Liepaja. Latvia) to Liverpool, England and then to Philadelphia. George settled in Portland, Oregon and became a Naturalized Citizen in June 1918.
